How can I research my own family?

Every family has a story waiting to be rediscovered! Imagine finding your great-grandparents in a census record or seeing their names in an old newspaper. We’ll show you simple steps to unlock your own incredible family stories. Our letters don’t just tell history we teach you how to uncover your own.

Are the letters real?

Each letter is based on true stories with the addition of rich, embellished details told in a first person story narrative. We use genealogy research as the foundation, then weave in historical context and everyday details.

Shipping & Delivery

Letters are mailed monthly in a recycled 9 x 12 inch envelope.
U.S. shipping only at this time.
Please allow 7–10 business days after mailing for delivery, depending on your local post office.

Returns & Refunds

Because each mailing is prepared in advance and tied to a timeline, we cannot accept returns.
If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us and we will send a replacement.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Already-mailed letters cannot be refunded.

Do I need to know my own family history to join?

How often will I get letters?

Once a month. Each month includes a minimum of 3 letters bundled together with a variety of extras included to enhance the story.

Will the letters be personalized to me?

No, the same set of letters is sent to all subscribers. This keeps costs affordable and ensures everyone is part of the same story journey.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes. You can enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. Gift subscriptions will not include billing information inside the package.

What ages are the letters for?

Most readers enjoy them from middle school age through adults. The stories are written to be family-friendly and engaging for multiple generations.

How do I cancel?

Log into your account or email us before your next billing date.

What if my letter doesn’t arrive?
