Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly. All payments are final. (See Cancellation Policy)

Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Genealogy USA 250 is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. Replacements will be issued for lost or damaged packages upon request.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Letters already mailed cannot be refunded.

Intellectual Property
All materials, including letters, inserts, and artwork, are copyrighted or licensed for use by Genealogy USA 250. They may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.

Content Accuracy
Letters are based on historical records, public domain sources, and genealogical research. While we strive for accuracy, some content is creative or interpretive in nature. Genealogy USA 250 is not responsible for errors or omissions in historical information.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. Names and addresses are used only for mailing your subscription and will not be sold or shared.
